Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 23, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account information (name, email, business name, license number)
  • Transaction data (orders, invoices, payment information)
  • Communications (support requests, feedback)
  • Usage data (how you interact with the Platform)

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve the Platform
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Communicate with you about products, services, and updates
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends
  • Detect and prevent fraud or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Other users as necessary to facilitate transactions
  • Service providers who assist in operating the Platform
  • Regulatory authorities as required by law
  • Business partners with your consent

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform offers optional integrations with third-party services to streamline your workflow. When you connect a third-party service, we may transmit certain data to that service on your behalf:

  • QuickBooks Online (Intuit): If you connect your QuickBooks account, we send invoice details, payment records, and customer contact information (name, email, phone) from the Platform to your QuickBooks company. This is a one-way sync — data flows from Cannabrands to QuickBooks only. We do not read or import your QuickBooks data. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which stops all future data transmission. Data already synced to QuickBooks remains in your QuickBooks account and is subject to Intuit's Privacy Policy.

Each integration requires your explicit authorization before any data is shared. We only transmit the minimum data necessary for the integration to function. Your credentials for third-party services are encrypted at rest and never shared with other users or businesses on the Platform.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and deliver targeted content. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
